Overall, the company was great. They were able to get me in very early on a Monday morning. Adam did a great job fixing my broken furnace. He explained everything to me.

We needed to replace our furnace in the middle of the deep freeze this winter. Adam drive through terrible conditions, installed a new system, and had us up and running before he left that Friday. He was kind, professional, and even the dogs liked him. Many thanks to Adam and the rest of the crew at Elite for quick response time!!

Kaidince was very knowledgeable. Me and my wife came home to a cold house and when we called she came out immediately! She explained everything thoroughly, and was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem in a timely manner.

Great company to work with! Knowledgeable and friendly service technicians. They came in did their work and when they finished you couldn't even tell that they were there. My wife and I are very happy with our new system and will definitely recommend Elite Heating and Cooling in the future.
